Flashback Friday~ (I don't think I'm going to make this a thing). lol

I was absolutely in love with the computers provided at the Art Institute of Sunnyvale when I was there for four days last summer. Even though I was there for 3D Animations, I was mostly playing around with Photoshop and drawing straight onto the screens. :3

Along with the want of becoming a graphic designer, I want to become a teacher for younger children. Not only do I want to teach kids, I want to take part in teaching English around the world--current focus is Japan, hence the 'e' in Japanese.

So it was this week that I started to actually started to do a LogBook. I got the idea from the book, Steal Like An Artist by Austin Kleon. Not only has this book given me better ideas how to stay organized, but showed me ways how to further my inspiration and creativity-- especially when I'm on a block.

So here I have some of the things I logged about this week:

Okay it may not be too exciting to you, but it kinda helps me remember what goes on rather than ending my week writing super long entries of what major things that happened in my diary (which I do anyways). But the simple little details are what make my day, like what I ate or what I did or watched.

And here's a small doodle of how I I feel about "getting down with the sickness."

So I made a gif of a flashing USB drive. ^^

Unless I find it soon, I will have to start all over and/or search for what I have around.

Together we create stories of utter weirdness, or just of things that only make sense between the three of us. Regardless, I'm still going to post MAC creations, mostly illustrated by myself and written by Ace and Chey. ^u^

I honestly thought I was able to make super crazy animations on Photoshop of people running, jumping, and all these action-packed awesomeness. However, realized that I would have to do frame by frame, and handdraw everything--just something I wasn't ready for. So I made a two frame gif. :3

I would like for all of you to know that I have really like K-pop & J-pop (Korean & Japanese pop music). Mainly the band under the name of TVXQ/Tohoshinki/DBSK, and JYJ-- they count as one for me. Hehe.

Since I was brought into the fandom, I have become much more involved in events and stuff that I actually became a part of the DBSKnights and Northern California subgroup teams within less than a year. (: Though I try to make fan art for events such as concerts and K-pop events.

Current love. If you don't know who Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ), she is a Japanese pop artist who was first a fashion blogger turned J-pop artist. Her style is very pastel-kawaii/ harajuku felt-- her style is just something I admire because of the pastel colors, and I just find it funky.

I couldn't sleep last night and since my drawing drive was on a high I just drew. Hm... It's also probably because I needed a distraction from mock portfolios in the morning!

Furthermore, I cannot express enough how much I love shading and putting on different patterns in my drawings. :3

I finally got a chance to work on doodles at home, but I was feeling really tired and weary, so I just pretty much drew I was feeling and my cousin was doing behind me. Unfortunately, the caption I wrote onto Illustrator got cut off when I got to color it but I still proceeded.

Welcome to my art blog! (: Here I'll be posting up comics and various pieces of art. I just find it better here to have a main art blog than to just randomly post all over my Tumblr or anywhere else without any sort of consistency.

To kick things off, I'd like to show off a comic made. Even though it is the last of a Psycho Comic series made in 2011, I'd like to first show you all Hachiko, who is my character of the MAC series by me, two cousins, Marie Elace & Cheyenne Estelle. So don't be surprised to see characters that have to with MAC, btw. :3
