Watashi wa Hachiko desu~!

As much as I like brushing up on my Japanese outside of class, I really am getting hit by school. x_x Oh school, keeping me busy. Anyways, being 18 is cool so far... I don't need my parents to sign anything for me, nor do I need their consent to do anything. I just need to take the next step and do the whole driver's license/ permit thing to do... Boo!

On another note, I have been drawing a lot and will have more posts coming more consistently~!

Pencil, watercolors, and Micron pens (.01 & .05)

Something I whipped up while I was spending about a week at a cousin's house in Modesto helping out a bit for her upcoming 18th birthday cotillion. While there I made sure that I had at least one drawing for each day there. Weirdly, I kinda have been trying to draw on the creepy-ish side or what I've been seeing in the psychological manga department. (Hence Doodle #020) Unfortunately, I stopped since the day I had to leave Modesto--thanks to curiosity and Creepy Pasta's vault of "Lost Episodes." lol.

DOODLE #019

Here are two character drawings I made. Colored straight from the scan finalized another character of mine, Bettie Infamy and just a male character I drew inspired by my bias, Jung Yunho-- named Zack... Whatever his last name is.. lol.

With these characters I tried to develop stories outside the ones made with MAC, but none I felt weren't too good or I didn't know how too make more stories for the characters I've developed. And since these were pretty much my main characters of a solo project that I want to pursue, I didn't want to just abandon them knowing that there can be something, somewhere for them. ^u^

COMIC #002

This week of summer has been less productive and I realized that my drive to even doodle has been on a low. But at least I got myself up to it and pretty much summed up what I did this week whether it was at home or visiting at my cousins' house....

Since moving back and having to re-establish a new room as my own, I had a lot of unpacking to do. And because my new room happens to be the now-old living room in the house, I have a tv of my own~! Not news, but my productivity as been falling down thanks to all the recorded reruns of HIMYM and South Park. I know, I know, it's my fault for not bringing myself to draw or even write down anything for any upcoming comics but t.v. is literally brain-numbing and will distract you.

Not entirely hooked onto the television, I turned the box off and actually picked up a book. Though it is YunJae (Jung Yunho x Kim Jaejoong) fan fiction, I can't help but keep my nose in the novel. Hehe.

Speaking of DBSK... Since my privilege of going to the upcoming TVXQ! Catch Me Concert has been revoked due to issues I will discuss later, I'm officially going to the camping trip my family has every year~! And it's always something I look forward to every year. :D

Okay, so recent news of TVXQ has been brought up to the attention of the California residents. Apparently, the Catch Me World Tour is reaching out to LA! WHAAA~!? Right? lol. Anyways, I really hope that I get the chance to go~ SOMEONE CONVINCE MY MOTHER! xP
Not only did this concert tour announcement get my Cassiopeia feels all wild up, but the the very first NorCal DBSKnights meeting was held and it was nice to reunite and connect with Cassies, and talk about our men. (:

Oh yes, I know that this piece of work isn't related to any sort of Catch Me or even Korean song, but I dub their latest Japanese single, Ocean, as the official Summer song of 2013!

Flashback Friday~ (I don't think I'm going to make this a thing). lol

I was absolutely in love with the computers provided at the Art Institute of Sunnyvale when I was there for four days last summer. Even though I was there for 3D Animations, I was mostly playing around with Photoshop and drawing straight onto the screens. :3

So I made a gif of a flashing USB drive. ^^

Unless I find it soon, I will have to start all over and/or search for what I have around.

I honestly thought I was able to make super crazy animations on Photoshop of people running, jumping, and all these action-packed awesomeness. However, realized that I would have to do frame by frame, and handdraw everything--just something I wasn't ready for. So I made a two frame gif. :3

I would like for all of you to know that I have really like K-pop & J-pop (Korean & Japanese pop music). Mainly the band under the name of TVXQ/Tohoshinki/DBSK, and JYJ-- they count as one for me. Hehe.

Since I was brought into the fandom, I have become much more involved in events and stuff that I actually became a part of the DBSKnights and Northern California subgroup teams within less than a year. (: Though I try to make fan art for events such as concerts and K-pop events.
